Change is inevitable in every project and organization. Change is possible during every phase of a project. Every project needs to have a plan for changes in advance, along with the capability of handling changes in a suitable time frame. Project managers and team leads anticipate and prepare for change, both within a project and across an organization. Managing project changes effectively involves handling modifications to project scope, timelines, or resources. Developing a structured change management process, assessing the impact of changes, and communicating these modifications transparently to stakeholders are vital in managing project changes. 

In Agile + Hybrid PMC, we handle all changes with utmost importance even if it is positive and negative changes. When a stakeholder requests a change or identify a change, the project manager or our team member conducts data analysis and assesses the impact with the help of cost benefit analysis and expert judgement to reach a decision with the help of stakeholders involved. The outcome will be recorded in the change log, Issue Log, Performance reports, Risk register and Lesson learned Register as applicableOur effective change management enhances overall project resilience and fosters a culture of flexibility within the organization.
