Responsibilities: 

• Define project goals, scope and deliverables, and create a comprehensive project plan 
• Coordinate and allocate resources, tasks and responsibilities among project team members 

• Track and report on project progress, performance and milestones 
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions 
• Ensure project quality and compliance with relevant standards and regulations 
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and manage their expectations and feedback 
• Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned, and provide recommendations for improvement 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical   
• 5-10 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the same or similar industry 
• Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent 
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices 
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera and other project management software
